A very good result, well deserved win, never gave them a smell TBH. Not pretty at times but a really professional performance. :cool:

Another stroke of genius from Mourinho though, gambled the Europa League over United's tougher PL fixture list and only went and pulled it off. 5 English teams in the UCL next season.

Just need to clear out a lot of dead wood and get one or two off their crutches.

A win is a win but it's now time to go on the front foot more and attack teams with pace like United teams of the past.

That said, if Juve play the same way and beat RM it will be lauded as a master class.:(

Griezman to United to be the 'Pogba' Story of last year?

Said the other day that Newcastle had triggered the release clause of Gabriel Pires but Everton and West Ham are set to do the same over the next few days.

As for rumours, William Carvalho to Newcastle for £39 million. Couldnt see Benitez dropping that much for that position though.
