Edinburgh's been upgraded (or at least UBR04 has) - getting some nice speed from my newsgroups. :)

seem to remember someone saying downstream should not be locked tho am on ntl250

bagu wasn't the first to be upgraded actually ... and afaik the few customers in the surrounding areas that hadn't recieved the update now have.

have done twice / left off for approx ten mins each time

had 3 open web pages and a torrent running settings at 500k down/20k up
so way under the 3/4 max recomendation , and it sorta struggled and dragged its proverbial.

6200+proc
4gig ram
so its not my system
