Thanks guys....appreciated. Could I upgrade on line - without a change in in payment [1mb to2mb] ? What are my chances ? Where would I go online to find this facility ?

Have NTL given a date for the speed increase yet? appart from the end of the year??? and does anybody know what the upload speed will be on 10mb yet? thanks

10Mbps
I seem to be getting 8-10Mbps down & 240-480kbps up. The upstream seems to be varying a lot more than before, though.
So, is this the infamous upgrade? |

I highly doubt that it is the upgrade, I sometimes manage get a boost but then it goes back to normal.
