Good news my wee dog has just got a infection thank goodness, so hopefully once his medicine starts to kick in he will be back to his usual self, then back to the vet in a fortnight just for a follow up check up.

I was pleasantly surprised at the bill £74.39 that was for 3 injections, his urine sample checked, course of antibiotics and the consultation. As a family we hate it when our dog is unwell we just knew that something was wrong with him :(

Great news Weenie. Hope he gets well now, :)

My little niece has landed a part time job while she studies for her A levels.

Its working in a bakers/cafe and she said I can get cheap sausage rolls :D

Today and tomorrow are training days, and her first day is the 20th, the day after we come back from her holiday.

She'll be on £5.50ph, but will be on £6 quite quickly.

Well my happy thought is tinged with a tiny moan. I was dreading work yesterday as I would have had to be with 2 people who succeed in pushing my buttons quite spectacularly, so I was called in to switch my jobs at short notice. Which I was VERY happy about. The moan is, the manager who took me in the end didn't tell the one I was supposed to be with; so for 2 hours I was down as a no show for work. All sorted now, but I am fully expecting to be called in for a disciplinary with my manager for it.

Four needles this morning and it still didn't work. But it wasn't as painful as expected :)

My son is now at £530, 132%, online donations £530.00 + £65.00 gift aid.

I'm pleased that he has now finally taken my advice and printed off a sponsor sheet that he has put up in his works canteen as I said not everyone will want to donate online plus his Dad can take this sheet to his work, then all we have to do is put the money in the bank and transfer these donations to his page.

Phew. After 3 months of a very worrying state of things Little Miss Izzy has safely arrived. Perfect.
I'm just not the kind cut to be a granny. i.e. - do not ask me to babysit! But my goodness she is adorable. And I will care and cherish her in my own sweet way.
