I would prefer Liverpool to win as I think they deserve it and have been the ost improved team this season.

Come on Man City!!!!

Strange picks from Wenger. I was expecting a weaker side.

Arsenal: Fabianski, Jenkinson, Sagna, Koscielny, Gibbs, Arteta, Rosicky, Ramsey, Ozil, Podolski, Giroud.
Subs: Szczesny, Monreal, Wilshere, Kallstrom, Flamini, Diaby, Sanogo.

Yes, odd. I heard that he was going for maximum points this season, but I think it is pointless (pardon the pun)

It would make for an emotional side-story of the season for Liverpool to win the league again 25 years after Hillsborough during the time that the original verdicts were quashed and a new inquest opened. The story of justice finally being achieved for the fans dovetails nicely with the resurgence of the team on the pitch.

I don't want Liverpool to win btw but that's why it's brought up. Not to guilt people.

The point I'm making is a lot of their fans are saying Liverpool somehow 'deserve' to win it this year due to the anniversary of Hillsborough. This is why I say the only team that deserves to be Premiership Champions is the one with the most points by the end of today.

Yes, only reason i am anti-liverpool, because they think they deserve it, as opposed to earn it.

Pretty sure if you want on a late season run to take 4th on the last day you would have celebrated. Anyway celebrating shows pride. Still at least you have the moral victory this season of not celebrating a top four finish or missing out on the title in the way Liverpool did.

Nobody is denying United had an awful season. But I can't help raising an eyebrow at Liverpool fans who say they are 'proud' of coming second.

For United anything less than 1st is considered something of a failure. Different standards I guess.

If Liverpool can hang on to Suarez and improve there defense they could go one better next season.

Suarez isn't going anywhere. He signed his 250k contract with the knowledge he will sit it out at Anfield for the foreseeable future.

They set out for top 4 not the title so the standards are different.

I think they will struggle next season with the extra European games they will have to play, not being in Europe helped them massively this season.

Yes we certainly need to improve our defence and with the CL l think we need buy at least another 6 players as we need strength in depth.

I'm not so sure. If RM waved £80m+ at Liverpool I can't see them finding it easy to resist. Plus he'd be going to a team that's almost guaranteed success.

Will RM smash the record fee for Suarez because thats what Liverpool will look for. + will that go down well with Ronaldo? On top of that will RM offer Suarez more than 250k ? Big questions and to me it doesn't add up although on a high from a CL win who knows, Perez might go on another bender.

Our problems at the back are not solely down to the personnel. You cannot play 4 at the back with two wing-backs and not leak goals in the premier league... 3-5-2 or the old sweeper system perhaps but not the way we've been playing.

We need to strengthen the squad throughout to be competitive again in the league and Europe at the same time but when good players cost upwards of £20M even if they're available that's no easy task.

Thing is just imagine what they could do with Suarez, Ronaldo and Bale in attack...

Dam. Barcelona just need to win against Athletico to win the league now.
