so its ok for you to moan about an aspect of your tv srvice that does not work how it should, but the people who use the alarm aren't allowed to?

Why did they have to destroy the tv sound in the process?

And by the way, you can't justify this major fcukup, however you like to dress it up. It's wrong and needs to be sorted. Now in second year of waiting so you can't say 'coming soon' as that is obviously a lie.
