He was injured, therefore he was a victim, but whether it involved a crime was still "alleged".

Two people can attack one another and they are both victims. Being a victim, doesn't mean innocence.

Why aren't the media pursuing this? There would be a whole article on Tommy Robinson had the tables turned, suspicious religious hate a reason for altercation. The guy laying on the floor should be mentally (by media) and physically (whatever Tommy supposedly done) kicked in. F around and find out. Simples.
