Re: Virgin Media Outages - 27 Apr 2020
Is anyone else still having problems? I get intermittent outages, a few mins each time, every day. It's not enough to diagnose a fault easily but it is enough to kick me from online games, Work VPN and/or Citrix. It's driving me insane. I can cope with a proper outrage of several hours but this daily disconnecting and reconnecting is absurd.

No problem here as since those intermittent outages our broadband has behaved itself fully

Re: Virgin Media Outages - 27 Apr 2020
The original problem definitely hasn't happened again since that night. The network has now been reconfigured to prevent a recurrence. If you have on-going problems, you need to report it to VM.

Re: Virgin Media Outages - 27 Apr 2020
Mine went down on my TV the other day, I was lucky I got through on the phone and I was told to restart my rooter by putting a pin the restart hole and VM done the same, I was delighted as it brought the Internet on my TV back again, The only thing was I has to sign in to BBC Iplayer again and Netflix, Signing in with Freesat for STV player is not easy as they do not give you a place to put your code in, on there site
