fantastic, shame we aren't going to get the cinema experience though because this is the type of film that needs it.

me too and I was hoping something was going to be announced next week during the next review but I can't see it happening tbh. I think cinemas are the easiest of leisure venues to open up as you can you very easily force a structured queue system within the building and outside and they can obviously block off the seating inside. It is too soon though as they still haven't opened schools or any other venues and they need to do one at a time and wait a minimum of 3-4 weeks to see if infection rates go up before they can make further decisions.

We didnt have queues much at our cinema in recent times anyway - as all seats have to be booked, and most people did that before turning up.

I was thinking more of the queues, especially in the evening, for food for movies like Tenet which are upcoming. When you get the big releases, people want to enjoy themselves and you get lengthy queues for popcorn, nachose, ice cream etc.

Peninsula aka Train to Busan 2 has got an August release date so we know it is on the way :)

Cineworld is planning to reopen in July. I hope Odeon follows suit and I can't wait to see what films they have planned to show.

So far, the biggest film to get back to work is James Cameron's Avatar 2, which resumed filming last week.

Allowed, but not actually done so, is how I understood that article.
