But when Atlantic becomes available on Now TV, it will no longer be a USP for Sky Satellite. Maybe Atlantic will appear on Now TV at the same time as it arrives on VM?

I'm not saying it will arrive on VM, but when Atlantic gets added to Now TV, it does zap the Satellite USP situation.

Am having a guess it will be on VM before the end of July.

PS. Good job sky does not have a night time channel as they would get done by the BBC

A lot of the content is already available to stream perfectly legally through blink box, but Atlantic is still a Sky usp.

Sky didn't get it automatically, a licence has been agreed according to Drama's Twitter site, it will launch on Sky on the 8th, channel numbers to be finalised. It also states they have nothing to announce regarding Virgin at the moment.

Maybe VM are waiting until the existing carriage agreement with UKTV is due for renewal.

Maybe we will get up on Monday and see Drama broadcasting on Virgin Media after all we did see Yesterday +1 and Eden +1 being axe to make way for Watch and Watch +1 to launch and even that was not confirmed until Watch launch day.

GOLD +1 may move to Channel 199.

They should move it to 200, just to see how many rumours start about the other spaces. ;)

At way too high a cost.

Sky are using Atlantic as a USP for satellite against VM. Once it launches on Now TV, it is no longer a USP against VM.

Given the high cost of a Sky Sports day pass on Now TV, why do you presume Atlantic content will be cheap?

Given that I haven't mentioned a price, I don't presume anything. But if they think it will fly with blinkbox prices, they would be crazy.

So the same as now. Plus they can still say its exclusive to Sky, considering Now TV has a Sky logo on it, they're not hiding the fact its them.
