I love the hot weather, just do outdoor stuff early or late not in the heat of the day - siesta time.

Praying it holds for the school holidays.

That was my thinking when i started painting the metal fence around the garden at 8am the other day. Ended up up not finishing it until about 1pm with a burnt neck and bald spot, so much for that plan!

I think the idea would be to start at 0700 and stop around 1100, the restart after 1500 - problem in the UK is that we have more hours of sunlight (per day) than the med.

Rejoice, it's raining quite heavily up here. The grass on my front garden may turn green once again if this carries on.

It's great, like being in another country! Supposed to have thunderstorms tomorrow and clear over the weekend according to the met orifice which better be right as I have some flying hours booked. Tally ho!

Glasgow has been 20-21 degrees the past week. With showers and very cloudy.

Looks to be 19 degrees mostly th his week.

I want some hot sun .

We've had heaps of clear unbroken sunshine this year in Glasgow. Think it's unsettled us , we all became cheery and positive. As you say back to grey and damp. It's what we know and expect. Embrace the damp clammy heat Stephen it's nasty but it's what we are :)
