That's "would" not "probably". In any case, agree to disagree? I do acknolwedge it would depend on the order of events but in my opinion sufficient "durable information" is typically available to the customer before service commencement for exemption from the cancellation period. However, IANAL even if I am studying some basic law. My interpretation is the 'durable information' is the terms and conditions which are clearly stated via the website, email, and brochures well before service commencement so the DSR cancellation period would not apply once the service has begun. In my case even the paper contract was received before service started, though also in my case there were some glaring omissions. What really qualifies is a debate probably left to lawyers.

Ok checked with a colleague who runs the Billing Overview bit of the website

They've advised that a Credit bill of any amount would still show up as such is Billing Overview. It would not display 'You're new here'

I used to frequently do 500GB+ a month and never got a letter. Many of my friends still do and have never had a letter. It's all lies if you ask me.

I have no issue with whatever he posts as in the main they are quite amusing and inoffensive unlike some other posts or threads on this forum.

We all need a light hearted read now and again and he provides it.
