You're right about the Sky app <my bad> - here are the comments from the iTunes page of the one you linked to Nice to see the offerings have, and if I may quote you ;)

Hardly a fair reflection quoting one of millions of users , theres one person over on tivocommunity returned his TIVO for his old V+ so does that make TiVO no good, how did I move goalposts I stated the competition had upped there games , and as far as I'm aware in the US dish network and directv have competing products to TIVO.

Direct TV are in partnership with TiVo again and are bringing out a box called DirecTiVo. :)

Agreed , they are in partnership also with comcast as well , however many take the companies own offerings as they don't like the TIVO fee which I believe is 2.95 on comcast.

However I do agree this is the way TIVO needs to move forward with partnerships.

Comcast's TiVo isn't anything like VM's though. Plus that review is nearly 3 years old. :)
