It's college football which is big in the states and had a following on Sky Sports and previously BT Sports.
Reports say College football and the NFL are two of the most watched sports leagues in the United States. Quote:

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news
I really don't get it at all,why are people interested in this at all? Surely it's amateurs players, lower level skill than our non league teams! But hey if people want to watch it then good luck to them.
---------- Post added at 11:07 ---------- Previous post was at 11:03 ---------- Watching the draw for the League Cup on Sky last night I was puzzled as to why Crystal Palace weren't in the pot of teams playing in Europe? Can anyone explain it? |

which is a shame as many big matchups through the season will be on other broadcasters networks, for example the biggest game on Saturday is Texas at Ohio State which DAZN aren't showing. Luckily I can use my good American friends tv account to view this and other big matchups throughout the coming season and I think £25 a month is way too much for what's on offer given the lack of much other content on the service. |
