Re: What are you reading?

I've recently read 7 books in the 'Peter Grant' series by Ben Aaronovitch, enjoyed them all ;)

Next up is the 'Jack Caffery' series by Mo Hayder :D

edit: Something of a recommendation for some of you, Douglas Lindsay - The Barbershop Seven omnibus (featuring Barney Thompson) was a witty and very entertaining read for a few weeks.
Murder, Mystery and Mayhem with a very amusing writing style :tu:

google it for more info

My library is closed and I've read their online ebooks. I haven't got the cash to spend buying new books. Rereading my personal library but I've read them so many times.

Re: What are you reading?

Any public domain books you've not read? Can be fun as I know on kindle some copies are PD and free others (maybe with features) you pay for and it's often exactly the same textual content?
I'm reading Radical Christian by Arthur Wallis.

Re: What are you reading?

Took a slight 'detour' from Mo Hyder . .

.. just finished book 3 (of 5) of the Atlantia series by Dean Crawford

https://www.goodreads.com/series/143073-atlantia

Very impressed so far to be honest, and by halfway through book 2 I was starting to envisage it as a televised Sci-Fi series to rival 'The Expanse'

I'll be making further forays into the writings of Mr Crawford very soon ;)
