New Macbook Pro 15" 16GB with the dedicated GPU.. the ol' wallet has been hit hard

Wasnt going to buy one due to lack of repairability but don't have much choice due to the previous one's demise. It's being buried at sea tomorrow... RIP

"Would you like to receive your receipt by email sir?"

That's the great thing about the Apfel store as the missus won't be finding out the damage.

Bought them yesterday Den, I hate cleaning paint brushes, this means that I can use them and then just chuck, unless of course it is the type of paint you can rinse off in water.

I too hate brush/roller cleaning but like decent tools so I bought one of these years ago - it works really well, is very quick and has saved me loads of money and hassle over the years. No money ruined brushes and rollers...

It does work with a cordless drill (the more revs the better) but is much more efficient using an old fashioned mains powered one so my ancient old drill is reserved for this purpose now.

ahhh well.....

Boot fair? Jumble sale? Ebay? :)

Seriously these things are great - saves ages especially with rollers. The work with water and oil based paints too. Saves gallons of water.
