Well, they already have some sort of competition to filmflex in the form of picturebox

Sony have their own [stupidly named] film service and lovefilm on their connected devices

Perform talking to Virgin about having an app on the TiVo platform.

Perform was formed through the merger of Premium TV and the Inform Group. Premium TV was originally created and owned by NTL

Now that the NFL Network is available over the web it'd be great to have that as a TiVo app. Especially as, apparently, Sky won't let them launch it as a regular channel on their platform due to some of their content being available for free on nfl.com

Can you really see VM adding a Love Film app surely that would be competition for Filmflex there own service.

FilmFlex is jointly owned by Sony and Disney, not VM.

Possibly , heres some promising news for Baseball fans , it appears MLBTV is available in the UK on Apple TV so I suppose why not TIVO.

But if you're already subbing to any of those services on your computer it'd be nice to be able to watch on the big screen.

MLB.tv and NFL Network are quite inexpensive compared to some products. Gamepass is a bit pricey though.

Yeah very true, they would be welcome additions for most US sports fans I'm sure.

Gamepass is $250 or £155 for the season.
