My sister took me out to the shops today which was nice then I treated us both to lunch at Frankie & Benny's where I had the veggie burger followed by cinnamon waffle crunch :) I may suffer later for eating so much but then again maybe not.

I will certainly take it easy lol.

Lots of tablets and sprays for 4 weeks

Not sure if I mentioned it but meeting with my biological mum went really well last week. Met one of my half brothers too very emotional, plans to meet other brothers once I feel better

Her first words to me were, she never thought she would see the day she would meet me

It's amazing how much nicer it is. I found it's impossible to sleep properly in hospital and the bed was the main reason. Hope it continues to go well. :tu:

We went to see Stewart Lee at the Liverpool Phil this evening. He was just brilliant and even he was struggling to hold it together during his improv bit.
