Getting closer, I live in Leyton.

How do I do a soft reboot on the Samsung STB or do I just have to switch off at the mains?
I had the STB switched off overnight, turned it on around 2.00pm and did not get any of my subscription channels for about 10mins. Thought something happened but still on 2MB.

I'm in Notts too and looking at the Service Staus page Network Upgrades will be done in our Area on the 21st, so no 4mb till then I would say.

wouldnt count on it, they did work in southampton this week and i run off southampton proxy, still no joy though :(
