Happened again, faulty unit maybe

I'd definitely get that swapped out right away, it's not normal. It could be that it's falling over doing the firmware update but it's not worth it.

Yeah i'm gonna give them a call in the morning, hopefully I can get a replacement sent out quickly and easily

Re: Superhub 2

If they're being funny about it, just unplug it and tell them the power won't come on, there's absolutely nothing they can do except send a new one out then, or book a tech (tell them you're not in and to just send one) - then as soon as the call is over, plug it back in.

I might just do that anyway, be easier and I know i need a new SH, aslong as they dont send me a SH1 or something silly like that

My internet went down twice once at 12:55AM and again at 1:00AM on the dot checked the firmware on the SH2 and it showed V1.01.26 took a while for everything to come back.

I'll check when I get home tonight, is there a rollout plan for this? IE area by area, or package by package? Had a quick search but couldn't see anything other than they were pushing it from now

Got my update this morning too, at 4am apparently. The SH2 lost connectivity until I rebooted it at 8am.

It could be coincidental, but wireless performance seems to be improved (5GHz) with faster, more stable, throughput from both my laptop and desktop (I switched to a 5GHz wireless adapter for my desktop after a pretty dire homeplug experience).

Here's a 'before and after' look at the update. My TBB graph looks a bit more settled.

I don't think there's a rollout plan. It's entirely possible it's just done by serial number or whatever. It'll happen, don't worry.

That's what it sounded like yeah, I'll sit tight and see what if i can get a new one sent out, if it upgrades and works fine in the meantime then great, I guess I can just not swap it out, or will they notice and chase for the old one / activating the new one?

SH2 went off last night around 2AM - rebooted still on v19? - Great.

That sounds like it might be one of the issues that v26 is fixing.
