well if your convinced that its the only police van with those markings on in the entire uk fleet of police vans who am i to argue - i mean you are sure it unique ,a one off ,the only one of its kind ?

I believe the markings are unique to that vehicle whilst in service ,it helps to id the vehicle and is also the call sign of the vehicle ,so it would be pointless having the system if it wasn't unique ,i believe the number/letters can be used for replacement vehicles when the original is taken out of service

what do you base this belief on ie do you know for a fact that it is a unique id system or is it just something you would like to be true ?
