All I will say is web page mock ups are done all the time by web design teams in every industry (i work in IT, heavily involved in development), to ensure that the CSS is right and doesnt screw the layout...and from time time, these mock ups are unfortunately released erroneously to a live environment.

But it does lead to a shaft of light I suppose. :)

I think if bt launch on virgin media

it will be

bt sports 1 536
bt sports 1 hd 537
bt sports 2 538
bt sports 2 hd 539
espn 540
espn hd 541

and virgin can launch a tv channels at any time they launched sky sports extra in 2004 at 3pm in the afternoon.... also with the screen shot on tv anywhere could the deal include free web stream

Even though I hate football, I always want more choice of channels than not. I hope BT sports appears, but the evidence says the complete opposite.

Who wants to talk about whether (when) VM will replace tivo with horizon instead?...;)

I seen sometime today that:

ESPN was on 541.
ESPN HD was on 542.
BT Sports 1 was 547.
BT Sports 2 was 548.

But it wasn't just a mock up or placeholder, it also had a live epg feed. Thats a little different

Well another posted put his mate work in vm in Swansea and deal has been signed and it will be on VM by Friday morning

You misunderstand. The page was obviously not supposed to be released to a environment available to world...it is LIVE is no longer...so it was a mock up, but by mock up I'm not saying it was necessarily someone playing games...obviously a page designer has put it together, perhaps as I said to test stylesheets and layouts...the team wouldnt want to be caught short knocking up the page when given only a few hours notice that BT Sport was ready to go....and that goes for all the content on the page...which will be made up of different content blocks and such like and how they all fit together would have to be tested. Someone could just have innocently picked to the wrong layout/stylesheet combination when effecting a minor update..hence what was seen for a short time earlier.

I'm not saying Im right, just playing devils advocate. :)

Rumour: DS Forum poster thinks that ESPN will be on the XL Package with BT Sports 1 and BT Sports 2 being add on channels.
