I think the point was no +1s :)

And any new channels are welcome. HD is not essential.

Nobody on this forum knows exactly when new channels will become available as it is speculation and when they are known it is probably a done deal weeks earlier!

I guess we probably not be looking at any new channels until the autumn now, than the ones already known in MB update!

I don't know whether you but, you need a 3D tv to get 3D pictures, whether its HD or not.

I can never understand that VM have all this capacity for TV channels wether HD or not, yet they don't bring them on. Sky TV have so many channels you lose count.

I think if VM want to be a major force in the industry, then they have got to bring them out, and l don't mean +1, as to me they are NOT new channels.

When they go in for talks with distrinutors over TV channels, there talks go on so long it gets cobwebs. When they put the price's up, which they will l am sure that customers will complain.

Just to mention that there is a new channel started on Sky today called ' UMPStars' about Bollywood.

I wonder if this will start on VM, or are they in talks ?

Every Monday at 7.30PM, the encryption is turned off on Boxnation for an hour, meaning boxing fans can watch Buncy for free ;)

I guess the question is what can Virgin do with this extra capacity post Olympics. .....

Donate them to Broadband is the answer.

Simples.

ESPN lost the bid for Premier League Rights for 2013-2016...

Wouldn't mind but BT won them

Sky and BT have just put in over £3b...a 70% increase...wonder how big Sky's increase will be next year

Hoping that ESPN is ditched from the XL package and replace with BT's new upcoming channel.
