How on earth can you say we are successful though corruption? We won because we played excellent football. If you remember its man united who got in trouble recently for dealing with agents not Arsenal. We never have enough money to spend loads on players

If you've read the article (which I assume you have), it's saying that any number of clubs could potentially be using 'corrupt' methods when it comes to new players.

It doesn't matter which team you support - I support Villa, and there were allegations against John Gregory when he was manager - at the end of the day, until transfers are made completely openly, there always the chance that someone's going to try to make a fast buck.

Here is a interesting question... I can only get two, don't know if there even is a third!...

Name three players who have won the European Championship, European Cup, Premiership and FA Cup, and who also played in the Premiership during 2002/03 season.

WTF????????

I can only think of Schmeichel (sp?) and possibly Henry (did Juve win the European Cup while he was there?). Other than that, I thought maybe Pires, although I have no idea what he did before Arsenal!

Yep Schmeichel, nope not Henry, the other one I have is Anelka

Played against Arsenal in the first final and for them in the 2nd. :)

He even scored for Arsenal in the 2nd final .... now who was that against.... ;)

Anelka isn't in the France side at the moment and don't think he was in the squad at Euro 2000 either.. So it looks like just Schmeiical and Desailly unless i'm completely wrong on Anelka
