UK my source said but yeah i think it will be in partnership with one of those 3, once i get more info i will update you guys on here.
BenMcr has stated that Discovery is a strategic partner for Liberty Global. What this means in practice I'm not sure. As a quoted company with slightly different shareholders than Liberty Global, they must act in their own best interests.

The SEC would be down on the company like a ton of bricks if they acted against the interests of Discovery's shareholders regardless of Malone's involvement in both entities. Similarly Discovery's share price would wilt.

-British Eurosport 2 HD (Now own Discovery was part own by them in 2013).

-HISTORY +1 did launch in May 28th 2013.

Liberty Global (Channels was own by them in 2013 now own by AMC).
-CBS Reality +1
-Horror Channel +1

Also Discovery and Liberty Global do own All3Media.

VM don't buy boxes from TiVo; just software.
