Had to go over to Brighton today for a client meeting with some UK and German engineers. Beautiful day so I yomped it from the rail station to up beyond the racecourse. Cold but clear and sunny, very nice walking weather if you're suitably wrapped up. Good to get out after all that rain.

Feeling happy, as I'm dosed up on strong codeine for a pulled muscle in the back, I'm finally free from the stress of the last few months and I am finally feeling better in myself.
