Sunderland (H) +3 = 78pts
Liverpool (A)
Norwich (H)
Cardiff (A)

even if Liverpool win vs Chelsea theres 6 points to play for so 83pts Liverpool & Chelseas 78pts = 5pts difference.

oh I though Liverpool faced Chelsea 2nd to last game. My bad.

So, will Pulis get Manager of the Season after this?
Quote:

Cardiff's 3-0 defeat by Crystal Palace in early April should not be allowed to stand, the Welsh club has said in a five-page letter seen by the BBC.
The document, sent by club lawyers to the Premier League, alleges Palace boss Tony Pulis knew sporting director Iain Moody was trying to obtain Cardiff's starting line-up before the game.

They don't seem to have proof of it being instigated by Pulis and according to those who watched the game Palace played their normal team set up in the same fashion and Cardiff's team was different to that on the team sheet.

Aston Villa Statement

Quote:

"Following the point yesterday at Villa Park, there have been stories about my selling the Club. On a personal level, I had hoped the emphasis would have been on the amazing effort on the part of our manager and our players to regroup throughout a very difficult week. Injuries to Libor and Christian, compounded with the early loss of Jores and the difficult rehab of Charles have no doubt left Paul with far less to work with than is fair. Still, Paul Lambert has done nothing but work within the parameters I've set, put the Club first and continue to trust his players. As regards my personal role at the Club and the steady rumours of a sale, I will address these after the season. Paul Lambert, Paul Faulkner and I speak daily and remain committed to the immediate job of limiting distraction and confusion in order that Villa have the best chance possible of finishing on a strong note."

Get it right later rather than sooner seems to be their current plan and it's one I wholeheartedly agree with, long term thinking is the future

Oh you mean Ramires Santos do Nascimento! Oh I saw it Den, and if the FA do there job correctly he'll get a retrospective ban. Though it was more of a forearm than an elbow, and I'm not excusing what he did, but I've seen others get away with worse so it'll be interesting to see how the FA react. And let's not start all that again Thenry! Or we'll be here the rest of the weekend posting like for like... ;)

This result means no slip up from Arsenal really :( Really hope this doesn't go to the last game of the season again.

Did Sky say Evertons performances are reminiscent of Moyes?

I can't find the post now but when Moyes was confirmed as manager I said back then he'd be useless, we'd win nothing and wouldn't make the top 4. Of course people said to not be so hasty, he's a great manager etc.

Yep.

Yep.

Do you honestly see him being binned though Russ? I keep reading that he'll be better next season when new players are brought in, but you could say that he's been working with new players, bar Rooney and Fellaini, all season. It'll be an interesting summer.
