Apparently Premier Sports are meeting again with Virgin this week. They contacted me personally on their Facebook.

I also rang them as well last week in which one of their CS told me they hope to be on Virgin by the time the 2011/12 season comes round as they hope to show 80 BSP games from next season as well as including more boxing.

Sky Sports Red Button update.

Virgin Media has launch Sky Sports Red Button last Thursday but that was only ''Phase 1''.

''Phase 2'' will launch before August.

I was thinking that ''Phase 2'' was the date for launching on TiVo.

But I have found out that this will not happen - TiVo users will get Sky Sports by mid 2012.

Thanks for the info MB , that backs up the information that was given on the VM TiVo forum last week that was subsequently removed.

Thats quite a long wait for TiVo users if true i hope they get it a lot sooner,glad i have hung on however i will take a look at TiVo when it arrives.

I was not given an launch date for TiVo.

But according to Virgin Media High Definition & TiVo Services blog, The red button on Tivo looks like it will be sometime in October and not before.

Why a year as you seem to have XL TV in your services under you avatar? Or have you not upgraded to TIVO?
