Cable Forum - The Happy Thought Thread

Think this should be a moan rather than a happy thought. Had a phone call from the hospital literally ten minutes ago. Got a pre op assessment on November 27th at 10 past 9, then going in for actual op on December 11! :Yikes::eeek: not looking forward to it at all. 2 weeks before Christmas as well, so need to get presents bought and wrapped ASAP. And because of diabetes, it's an overnight stay as well.

They'll be checking your BM all bloody night I bet and put you on a slide.

Still I hope it all goes ok and you get out ASAP :) :tu:

My Father in Law is now out of hospital and all seems well at the moment. I cannot praise the social work department or the hospital enough for all they have done for my Mother and Father in law.
