I'm down in dampest Cornwall to see my mother for a couple of weeks. Lots of things to get sorted out like the garden. I managed a good start last time but plenty more to do the moment it stops raining.

Left the OH to hold the fort.

It's funny the scaffolders finished here yesterday - the workmen turned up to start fixing the roof today and left after ten minutes because it's so wet. Looks like it's going to take a while to get it done :)

Belated congrats Rammy!!!

My happy thoughts, booked to go back to Tenerife beginning of December, but not before I lost some weight. So far 11 kilos lost. Also Sis in law coming down for Christmas/New year....... happy? You bet ;););)

I was actually called in on time to see the doctor, and after a quick exam agreed that I needed to have the op done. Marked me as urgent, so had my pre op assessment done already and now to wait for a date to go in and have it done. Because of diabetes, they will keep me in overnight at a minimum after the op.
