stewh I cant reach it but that is no surprise, is this server hosted in the uk because this is really weird.

sites cant reach
1 - denmark
2 - uk (if yours is uk)
1 - usa

I still cant see it, cant ftp, cant connect to Terminal Services.

well I would like to list all sites here that are out of reach for me but am worried if this would be considered spam.

I am wondering what gateway ip are you connected to mine is 80.7.216.254

Its different gateways and different areas of the country - Its completely random as far as I can see. It must be a core router that is causing the problem !

Anyone unable to access a uk based site via TS ?
