Speeds are fine, and it’s too consistent to be congestion.

They normally pre warn on the service status page for any planned downtime, but nothing was on for overnight

Mine went down this morning and I'm nowhere near Manchester or Birmingham. VM just make up any old cobblers in their statements. There's obviously an ongoing issue , why not come clean? Bad for business?
