Especially liked the line "One of my best students with some of my worst grades"

I was just waiting for the line "They mostly come at night - mostly…"

I havent seen the episodes yet, so cant comment on how good/bad it is yet.

3/1 was very good, all-action. It’s worth re-watching the previous season cliffhanger though, as it’s so long since it originally dropped I’d forgotten a lot of the details.

Very nicely done, with a perfectly balanced dash of John DeLancie at the end, preventing it turning into a mawkish nostalgia fest (or trampling all over canon and continuity).
