In one of my roles when at work, I was told by a few that my emails were more like essays, and I should stick to the basic information . . which I then did.
When the same departments then wanted more details on something, I simply pointed them to where the logs, reports, schedules and SOP's were kept on file Saved me work, gave it to them ;) |
