He's at it again, thought he had grown up by now, even if provoked he should know enough to avoid these situations. :(

Remember the incident where the nasty Aussie David Warner gave our little innocent Joe Root a slap in a Birmingham nightclub? tbh I found that quite amusing, maybe I shouldn't.... |
Re: Home tests 2017
If they really must go to night clubs late at night/early morning then the should take a huge minder. The world is full of assholes who are just looking to take on someone like Stokes once the alcohol takes effect. :(

Well that’s one way to stop him scoring, break his ankle.

Re: Home tests 2017
Good old Duckworth Lewis ! Side batting always has the advantage as they know exactly where they need to be at the end of each over. Not that convinced WI shouldn't be ahead with Eng at 5 wickets down.

Just seen the Stokes footage, looks pretty bad, it wasn't a one off punch. He may well have been provoked/set up (amazing how some one has a perfect aerial view to film it all), however no excuse. Can't see how he won't be facing charges or be going to Austrialia. Which is a shame as according to the pundits this is our weakest batting line up for years and we're going to,lose 5-0, and that was with Stokes... http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/41413810 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/41415206 |
Re: Home tests 2017
