The only thing i really don't like about it is the plastic back cover, i think they've made a big mistake there.

Galaxy S2 had a plastic back cover, so did the Galaxy S, so does the HTC One X.

The S3's only direct competition right now and all its predecessors have plastic back covers, why would you expect any different?

I would choose the latter...I never feel the back cover as a deal breaker. And not sure it would mean anything to me. I don't think I have ever chose a phone based on back cover

It may be plastic, or rather a varient of it, infact the same that the One X is made from but once it is on the phone its solid and doesn't feel cheap at all.

The camera on this phone is trually amazing. there is ZERO shutter lag, meaning when you press what is on screen is what is captured!

I looked at it in the Three Store today. Very tempted. It's just falls short of what would be too big.

Since it belongs to me I consider it owned by me, whatever location it's in. If I left my laptop at someone else's house, I still own it. That's just my opinion.

Anyway, I shall be physically picking up my white one in a few hours, and blue, well whenever CPW decide to deliver. Hopefully being in the first 1000 pre-orders will mean I'm also within the first 1000 deliveries.

Will probably will spend my whole weekend pitting the One X vs. SGS3 against each other to decide which one to keep.

My thoughts are that its awesome and as well as being very quick its also got no lag on the camera and the photo and video capture are amazing. Can also capture stills while shooting video :-)

Sadly most of the 3D heavy games I had on my S2 don't work on the S3 yet :(

It's not used yet.

Anyhow, Carphone have just phoned to say my Blue GS3 should be arriving next working day.

I'll believe that when I see it...
