Got my bill today and was disappointed not to seee the refund - I then checked my email, the refund is within the next 2 months. Here's waiting till next time..

Correct as they originally paid the "exclusive" existing customer price only, to see it plumett like a stone once released to the general public.

I had 50 pounds credit applied to my account today, but I had 2 1tb tivos installed on the same day.

Will the other 50 pounds follow automatically or do I need to ring VM?

I would have expect it to be applied at the same time - I would phone and double check

Thanks Ben, I'll ring tomorrow. I just hope I get someone who knows what they're talking about and knows that I'm entitled to a refund on both tivos.

will be watching with interest as I just checked and only one applied to mine. It may be that the credits are being applied separately. I know when I called she looked into my account and said she could see credits pending for both.

Spoke to them today, and after a time for them to check that I do have 2 tivos, they sid they would refund the other 50 pounds. They did say it should be today, so I'll keep an eye on My Virgin Media.
