I take it that you have missed all the news about TiVo then as Virginmedia will be the only company to supply this new set top box.;)

Month on month. Really? That is a fact is it? The only thing that will have changed for the negative is Sky Atlantic (if you want it). That isn't month on month is it.

But us customers would like sum new channels to be supplied with this new set top box

After seeing that trailer I am definitely not concerned over not having Sky Atlantic SD/HD and I am certainly not going to lose any sleep over it.
