So the Stargate won't be fired up tomorrow at 8 pm like my Radio Times suggests and does all the online guides I've consulted? :( I'm sorry to continue being scrooge like but why does Crimbo tv have to extend to 3 weeks.

I shall be so glad to see the 2nd of January....Looking for a decent non sickly sweet sacherine programme offering is like looking for the last hazelnut whirl in a box of Roses. :(

US normally gets half way in then repeats them while sky one catches up and then they run together or in the case of sg1 the uks in front of them

alias starts soon as well :)

Its looking spicey at the moment - series finale next week too - should be good.

Does anyone know if there is another series planned or is that supposed to be it (hopes not).

Re: Battlestar Galactica

im worried about the wording it says series finale - not season..

but having had alook on tvtome it says 6 scripts have been ordered for season 2..
all depends on how well it does in the US ..it just started there

Apparently - having just sifted through the rather slow SCI-FI network forums, there is a new series in the works, the ratings are good and that the SCI-FI network love it.

So all in all its looking likely.

Superb :tu:

That finale episode left us truly in the lurch then. It answered some questions and yet opened up a whole new can of worms.

At times it's been a bit slow moving, and certainly dark, but well written with quite a few twists and turns.

I don't know how the ratings have been for it, but hope that there will be a second series.

Sky have commissioned 6 further scripts.

But from what I was reading yesterday it isn't as likely as you'd think because it costs way too much to make.
