The majority of our XL customers should get an email today with an invite to order online.

I've just checked the ordering site and it's working fine here.

I darn hope so.

Had a quite depressing day yesterday so I hope today is a bit more uplifting.

Just checking there was no payment section so does it come out of my direct debit with the rest of the charges??

can someone confirm what the cost is for getting Tivo and having your V+ moved to another room? Is the cost of moving the V+ included in the free installation? And is there an ongoing cost to have the V+ as a second box?

Yes the cost of moving is included. additional box rental is £6.50 a month when you have an HD box on the account

you'll need to speak to sales once you get your email. There shouldn't be any extra charge for relocation.

Still no email for me, I registered in December, got a 001 ticket and entered, then received a "sorry you have'nt won" and nothing since. No Dean email or any other. I emailed complaints, they had no record of me but promised me an email or call on the 11th as I still have the original emails sent to me.
But still got nothing:confused:

If I wait any longer, new customers will be in the que at this rate.

Tried to persevere with the ordering website for about ten minutes and gave up and dialled the number on the first page that the link in the email takes you to, took 15 minutes in the end and install booked for later this week. She did ask for the code as well and was quite insistent. Oh well at least it's sorted at last.

Oh the ordering website did stop giving "Service Temporarily Unavailable" messages about 10 minutes through the telephone call.
