I've just had a very pleasant couple of days with my musicians from Afghanistan. Despite all being moslems nobody blew up my house or even mentioned the war..

Last night I had a delightful hour listening to them all 'busking' in one of the bedrooms. Really enjoyed the music.

Oh yes, fried eggs, hash browns, mushrooms and tomato seemed to go down a treat. Thanks to those that offered suggestions.

Unplugged jam night in Uncle Peter's living room featuring alcohol fuelled versions of classics such as Black Dog and Purple Haze on 6 string banjo, geetars and acoustic bass. Great fun but time for bed and a lie in later ;)
