Nothing yet but cooking some boiled baby pearl spuds, veg and poached salmon.

Shepherds pie with half a tin of beans and half an apple chopped finely and mixed in with a layer of finely sliced steamed salad potatoes on top with julienne carrots and peas on the side, lovely.

Just eaten at an East African restaurant in Vauxhall, London, and had Awaze Tibsi (lamb cubes marinated in hot pepper sauce and ghee) which you eat with a pancake-like chapati, washed down with two bottles of Castel beer.

Spicy.......
