My modem still says I'm on 4Mb, but I've just restarted it and now I'm on 10Mb woo. :D

haha, im in LE3 too, apparently the 4mb NTL:Buisines service isn't seeing the same upgrade. But at least i don't get capped :P

I'm in Northamptonshire, but I don't see the new speed yet. The modem's (Ambit 120) status page says "Software Upgrade OperStatus : failed". Rebooted it a few times, but no change. :(

That is rather an old modem best to call Tech Support and sse about getting a New one.

I'm in Cardiff, the upgrade page says the upgrade in this area is complete, but I'm still on 4mb after rebooting the modem. Is the page wrong?

I just had a look at my Modem logs - Im in Harrogate, due for upgrade with Leeds this month. Im on a couple of weeks old 256 modem.

Just had a reply in the broadband support newsgroup - apparently I should definitely now be getting 10mb. They are looking into why I'm not. Hopefuly it'll all be sorted soon - must say I'm pretty impressed with the speed of response in the newsgroups.

No upgrade in Cardiff CF14 either, but the error log is odd

Did someone at VM tick the wrong box on the update page perhaps?
