Exactly - he's being groomed as a possible successor for Roy Keane's position and whether or not he'll ever acheive that is another matter, but Keano has never been known for his goalscoring.

If you mean recent events, his son Romeo has had an epileptic fit or something along those lines, but he has now been given the all clear.

The above may have some bearing on the forthcoming match against Austria as far as Beckham is concerned.

Not wishing owt on the kid but I'd argue England are a better side sans Beckham.
