In 10 days, I have lost 8 kilos. Trying to lose weight, as things seem to be back on girlfriend wise.

Yes the housing trust guy said it would definitely be cheaper nash when he came this morning and they have just fitted it to the wall and it makes the old one look like a rusty old dinosaur.

I managed to cancel sky without a load of hassle which was scary in itself. Soon I can cancel BT too.

I am considering just having a cable modem. Just freeview (I have a youview box) and no landline :)

Just received a call from a very dear friend of mine, my first neighbour and she is coming up from England in a fortnights time. She has asked me to buy some Mother's pride and tattie scones and make them some caramel cake :)
I'm really looking forward to them visiting and can't wait to see her and meet her OH.

Nice to have your friend for a visit, When we went to see my son a few weeks ago in London we took Black Pudding, Square Sausages, and Tattie Scones, He always takes them back when he comes here too

Sis in law always brings down haggis and black pudding when she comes to stay. We can buy black pudding and tattie scones here, but I have yet to see Lorne sausage in the shops and proper Scotch pies.:(

Yes we are all relieved as we have not had Dad like this before since he was injured in the Falklands war which affected him badly for a amount of time.
