I am patiently waiting for my email which I really hope gets here soon. If I have to wait a long time for my instiallation because of people haing installations aranged without getting the email fiirst I will not be happy.

Is everyones Tivo code the same?

Is the code tied to the each account? As I have an email with the code to order Tivo but won't be using it so if anyone wants it??

My code starts V and ends 1, it appears to simply be a date code for April 11.

I hope your right, I registered on December, got a 001 ticket and entered, then received a "sorry you have'nt won" and nothing since. No Dean email or any other. I emailed complaints, they had no record of me but promised me an email or call on the 11th as I still have the original emails sent to me.
But still got nothing:confused:

If I wait any longer, new customers will be in the que at this rate.

My code was exactly the same, wasn't even asked for it when I rang. Install tomorrow btw :D

ok, well I'm impressed. Took a chance and called this morning. Got the email just as I was dialing!

Spoke to a lady who was efficient, courtious a very pleasant to deal with. Sorted my TIVO install for the 19th. My day off.

Did ask for a code but it seemed like a formality. She also confirmed that the install would not affect my existing loyalty/complaint related discounts so I'm a happy bunny.

Looking forward to the 19th!

You seem to be putting all the blame on the people ringing up and not where it really belongs.
I wanted to stick to the planned system, and it was a difficult decision as to wheather to ring up. But VM weren't sticking to the planned system.

my reply was to someone saying it was a VM cock-up, not placing the blame with anyone really.

There's no telephone number in my email only a link to order online. It came at 10:02am today.

Same here, e-mail through, no number just a link, but as I said I phoned yesterday. Triple XL customer incase anyone is monitering these things :-)

My e-mail arrived the same time. I have submitted an order on-line with probable installation Sat 23rd April. Will wait for confirmation :)

Booked online for the 26th April.

There is a telephone number right at the bottom of the e-mail in tiny letters :)
