I can't understand why vm are charging for this increase in broadband speed when they never did before. I have been on the xl package from the beginning when it was 512kbs and I have never been charged for any increase in speed, even when they said i needed a new modem to keep up with the speed increase, so why are they doing it now. I have my own router because i got tired of asking for one from them, because they kept on saying it was out of stock.
