Hi guys just to let you know Nottingham (NG8) has got the upgrade. I was downloading this morning and saw i was getting 500kb/s!

lightning89 could you post your modem config? Someone on here could then tell you if there is a problem if your modem has accepted the update. Some modems are refusing the new config files. My dad's surfboard did this. If this is the case faults are really good at sorting this out.

lightning89 to post config follow these instruction
In your browser type 192.168.100.1 in the address bar and then click log in username: root password: root Then clck on operational config and copy and paste that info into your next post. It should look pretty much like this. Network Access : Allowed Maximum Downstream Data Rate : 10242000 Maximum Upstream Data Rate : 514000 Maximum Upstream Channel Burst : 1600 Maximum Number of CPEs : 1 Modem Capability : Concatenation Enabled, Fragametation Enabled, PHS Disabled |

The upgrade to my service was done over the phone by India wondered at the time
whether price was for the other 10med service , just had the bill all is correct on the upgraded service just the couple of quid price rise we were told about Tony |
