They probably got the information from twitter and just reported it as fact, it surely couldn't have been that difficult to find out he didn't even have a son. The weird thing though is that it took at least four or five days for Malbranque to come out and deny the rumours. He also hasn't said why he has quit St. Etienne after only signing a contract with them a month ago.

Nedum Onuoha's mother was emailing Gary Cook and Brian Marwood in one of the emails she mentioned she was ravaged with cancer. An email was then sent from Gary Cook's account to Brian Marwood but it also cc'ed Nedum Onuoha's mother. The email said

Gary Cook now claims his email was hacked and whoever hacked it sent the email.

In my opinion he screwed up and has now made it worse by lying about it.

He's one of the most moronic people in football, i hope city stick with him ;)

I'll never forget that little speech he gave before we knocked them out of the carling cup a couple of years ago.

Good riddance to somebody who everytime he opened his mouth put his foot in it.

Well Arsenal, Chelsea and Man city are leading at half time and my team Liverpool is losing at Stoke.

Well Aguero scores again and at the moment he seems to be the signing of the season.

And now Aguero has got his hat trick.

Wins for Arsenal, Chelsea and Man City and a loss for Liverpool but listening to it l still cannot believe they have lost this match against Stoke.

Another easy win for Man Utd against Bolton winning 5-0 away from home with Rooney scoring a hat trick.

I had the misfortune of going to the land that time forgot today to watch that utter dross. Our performance was poor, not at all the spirited showing Kenny Dalglish tried to sell to the press. The stats just reflected how truly awful Stoke were but they got away with it thanks to the usual Clattenberg assist. We weren't much better.
