On CNN they made the point earlier that overturning a single state result is one thing, overturning four or five against the popular vote isn't something that I'd imagine the Supreme Court are interested in doing.

BREAKING: New US Supreme Court order issued just now from Justice Alito:

All Pennsylvania ballots received after 8pm on November 3 must be:

(1) segregated and kept separate from other ballots; and
(2) counted separately from timely ballots.

Apparently this was being done anyway. It's also unlikely to matter as even without the count Biden will take the state.

Yeah they still haven't been counted for this reason. This seems to simply ensure they're counted separately so no lagging pre-election day votes get mixed in.

It's poor PR for Western democracy to see the election results challenged in such a sordid manner. Putin, Xi Jinping, Alexander Lukashenko must be particuarly happy to hear of Trump's legal actions.

it's also creating a chasm between the Trump family and the Republican Party. If Ivanka hoped to run for President then Trump's killed this ambition off for many years...but knowing the average age of US presidents, this may not be an issue! ;)
